Horse drawn and more unusual forms of transport arranged.
Organisation of and distribution of floral tributes.
Printed hymn sheets, acknowledgement cards, attendance cards, obituary notices for the local press.
Catering for mourners after the funeral.
Full monumental masonry services covering both burial and cremation memorials.
Guidance to claim funeral grants.
Pre-arranged and pre-paid funeral plans.
How We Will Help
In providing these services we will make available a wide variety of equipment including transport for the removal of the deceased available 24 hours a day, hearse and limousines for the conducting of the funeral and the necessary uniformed staff.
Under 16 Funerals
Should the deceased be under the age of 16, all our professional services are provided free of charge. Many doctors, ministers, crematoriums and cemeteries also make no charge for under 16’s but not all do.
Repatriation
In addition, we can arrange funerals in other parts of the country and organise repatriation from abroad for a funeral in the UK or vice versa, including attending to the necessary permits and documentation.
Notices
One way of notifying people of your loss, is by the medium of the press. This can be done locally by using newspapers, such as the Stockport Express, Glossop Chronicle and the Manchester Evening News, or in any of the National newspapers. We can help you compile such a notice, tailored to your requirements. Following the funeral, acknowledgement notices can also be placed.
We can offer help and guidance in arranging a variety of tributes for you with long established local florists.
